This restaurant had a consistent turnover of 4.6 in 2013. The restaurant later expanded with 13,700 key restaurants throughout the state of Washington. There were $2 billion in annual sales. In 2007, Trueth wrote her fifth book, How Did You Do It? This book contained Trueth’s personal recipes for building a successful business.
